  • Sizing
    We are happy to size the ring once at no charge. If resizing is required, the client will need to pay shipping both ways and for the time and materials required. Please contact me prior to returning the ring for sizing and I can give you an estimate of the cost. If you are unsure of your size, please contact me. We have been working with clients across the entire United States for many, many years and have become very proficient at sizing from a distance. TJ
  • Shipping
    We are please to provide free shipping and insurance for all orders within the continental US. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the client. We ship USPS priority express fully insured. In most cases this shipping method is overnight. Once you package is ready to ship, I will contact you to confirm you will be available to receive the package. I will also email you the tracking number. Stock pieces will usually ship within 1 to 3 days of ordering

    We always enjoy the challenge of creating that special piece for a client. Whether it is designing a custom piece with our gemstones, using that special inherited piece, or incorporating those intriguing gemstones purchased while traveling. Should you have gems and diamonds in need of a new setting give us a call and we would be happy to discuss how to make it happen.
  • Return Policy
    Our history has always been to sell face to faceat juried art festival and our plicy is items cna be returned within 3 days, however with internet purchaes you may return for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. The piece must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition and contingent upon inspection upon receipt. Return shipping & insurance is the responsibility of the client. The refund will be returned via the original payment method.
  • Engraving
    Engraving is available upon request.
  • What happens with the gold from my old setting?
    In most cases the value of the gold is credited towards the new setting. Occasionally a client will request that we use their old setting in their new ring and we are happy to discuss this option with you.
  • Do I receive an appraisal with my purchase?
    As a professional appraiser I provide an appraisal for the intended use of obtaining insurance coverage. This document is not a simple receipt, but rather conforms to USPAP & American Society of Appraisers requirements and utilizes Gemological Instutue of America Practices and Procedures. Your appraisal package will be emailed to you within 1 week. If you would like to discuss your appraisal, please feel free to call me. TJ
